Booking Terms

• Booking amount: ₹10,000 per person
• Balance payment: due 30 days before departure
• Bookings made within 30 days require full payment
• Rooms remain subject to availability until written confirmation
• The final hotel will be mentioned in the travel voucher
• Guest names must match their government issued identification

Cancellation Policy

• 45 days or more before departure: ₹5,000 per person
• 31 to 44 days before departure: 25% of package cost
• 16 to 30 days before departure: 50% of package cost
• 8 to 15 days before departure: 75% of package cost
• 7 days or no-show: 100% of package cost

Minimum group strength and operator cancellation

This departure is subject to a minimum of 10 paying guests. If the minimum group strength is not achieved, the operator may cancel the departure and will notify guests in writing at least 30 days before travel. The land-package payment collected will be refunded within 10 working days of the cancellation notice. The operator will not be responsible for airline cancellation charges, fare differences or independently booked services. Guests are advised to book refundable or changeable air tickets until the departure is confirmed.

Fixed-Departure Conditions

• This is a shared small-group departure, not a private tour
• The itinerary follows fixed timings
• Missed sightseeing or transfers caused by a guest’s delay will not be refunded
• Changes requested by individual guests may not be accommodated
• The operator may rearrange sightseeing without reducing the overall programme
• In case of unsafe road or weather conditions, an affected visit may be replaced or cancelled
• Any unrecoverable supplier charge will remain payable
• Force majeure expenses will be charged separately
   

General Occupancy Conditions

• All rates are calculated from the adult twin sharing package price
• The single-occupancy supplement applies separately to every participant requesting an individual room
• Triple-sharing accommodation is subject to the hotel’s room size and extra-bed policy
• An extra bed may be a rollaway bed or mattress
• Child-without-bed rates do not include a separate bed or mattress
• A maximum occupancy limit will apply according to the hotel’s room policy
• Valid proof of age is mandatory for every child booking
• Any difference arising from an incorrect age declaration will be payable before check-in
• No reduction or refund will apply for unused meals, transfers, sightseeing or services
• Separate airport transfers required because of different flight timings will cost extra
• All prices are subject to 5% GST
