After breakfast, we'll depart from Dirang and embark on a scenic journey towards Tawang. The drive from Dirang to Tawang takes approximately 5-6 hours, covering a distance of about 140 kilometers. Along the way, we'll visit the War Cemetery, a solemn site dedicated to the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives during World War II. Take a moment to pay your respects and reflect on the sacrifices made. Continuing our journey, we'll make a stop at the Jaswant Garh War Memorial, honoring the courage and bravery of Jaswant Singh, an Indian soldier who valiantly fought during the Indo-China War. Learn about his remarkable story and the history of the region. Next, we'll visit the majestic Nuranang Falls, also known as the Jang Falls. Witness the cascading waters as they plunge down amidst lush greenery, creating a picturesque scene. Finally, we'll arrive in Tawang and check in to our accommodation. Enjoy the evening at your leisure, exploring the local surroundings and soaking in the beauty of Tawang.

Day 4: Tawang Sightseeing - Tawang Monastery (Namgey Lhatse), Singsor Ani Gompa, Gorsam Chorten, and Tawang War Memorial

After breakfast, we'll embark on a captivating sightseeing tour of Tawang's cultural and historical treasures. Our first stop will be the renowned Tawang Monastery, also known as Namgey Lhatse. Marvel at its grandeur and explore the various sections, including the assembly hall, library, and monk quarters. Immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance and learn about the rich Buddhist heritage. Next, we'll visit Singsor Ani Gompa, a peaceful nunnery where you can witness the daily life of Buddhist nuns. Absorb the serene atmosphere and admire the intricate Buddhist artworks and scriptures. Continuing our journey, we'll visit the iconic Gorsam Chorten, a magnificent stupa perched on a hilltop. Take in the panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and pay homage to the sacred monument. Lastly, we'll visit the Tawang War Memorial, a poignant tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives during the Indo-China War. Explore the memorial's museum and pay homage at the memorial site, offering a moment of reflection and gratitude. After a day filled with cultural and historical exploration, we'll return to our accommodation in Tawang for a comfortable overnight stay.
